Norwich's Promotion-Winning Striker Targeted By Nottingham Forest.

Norwich striker Jordan Hugill is under the radar of Nottingham Forest ahead of the 21/22 season to bolster goalscoring chances of the Trees according to Football Insider. The towering talisman signed for the Canaries during the summer transfer window last year.

Hugill was part of the Norwich team that clinched the Championship title last season. He scored five goals in 34 outings which was largely featured appearances off the bench.

Norwich striker Jordan Hugill is under the radar of Nottingham Forest ahead of the 21/22 season to bolster goalscoring chances of the Trees according to Football Insider.

The forward started just seven times for the club last season in the Championship and looks unlikely to earn a chance in the Premier League under Daniel Farke.

The uncompromising center forward is a bit of a Championship stalwart, spending most of his career in the second tier of English football. He has also played for Preston, Middlesbrough, and QPR in the second tier.

Hugill will likely be sold or loaned out during the transfer window. Farke wants to reshape the squad and will want funds for reinforcements.

The 29-year-old did join West Ham in 2018 but made just three appearances before going out on loan and eventually being sold.

Forest boss Chris Hughton has made no secret of his desire to sign more attacking players. His current striker options are Lewis Grabban and Lyle Taylor.

Hugill would provide the Reds with a different option in attack and might prove to be a useful addition.

Both Taylor and Grabban are similar types of strikers and a different option would be most welcomed by Hughton.

Hugill didn't score many goals last season but he does know where the back of the net is at Championship level.

The Reds will be desperate to bolster their squad and Hugill could be a useful addition. He is intelligent, strong in the air, and ultimately is capable of scoring goals.

He typically brings others into play too and his physical presence could become a useful attribute to Forest next season.

Max Aarons is another player likely to join Everton with the talented right-back growing interests among the top clubs for the last few years. Norwich will have to fight hard to keep hold of their gem as they have already let go of Emi Buendia to Aston Villa early in the summer.
